Statute

The civil-law foundation has legal capacity and its place of business in Neu-Anspach. At its start, its assets were 17 Mio DM consisting of 17,000 shares of Utimaco Safeware Corporation, Oberursel, which were each stated with 1,000 DM. The foundation's assets are to be kept. Revenues are to be used to fulfill the foundation's mission. Increases of the foundation capital are to be added to the foundation's assets.
Institutions of the foundation are its executive, Dr. Horst Görtz, and its board of trustees.
