The hospital obtained in spring 2000 the funds to purchase equipment for an expansion of monitoring places, as well as for an emergency switch and electromyography measuring station and for a mobile x-ray machine. With these funds, the hospital could achieve a considerable improvement of the technical infrastructure. Because of the tense financial situation in health care, the necessary purchase of the equipment would have been impossible without the support of the foundation. |
